Everything ships from our U.S. warehouse — here’s exactly how it works.
All Sud Market products are stored in our U.S. warehouse before they’re ever ordered — so once you check out, there’s no waiting on customs or overseas delays.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by USPS or UPS within 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat $8.95, free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States only.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, and is also available in your account dashboard.
Opened or used food, spices, perfumes, dukhan and bakhoor can’t be returned, for food-safety and hygiene reasons.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging — jewelry, thobes, and sealed home goods — can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — this is on us, not you.
Email support@sudmarket.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
